The Service is staffed by the following memebers:
- Two biologists in charge of general management and research.
- Four inspectors in charge of larval sampling in the breeding
places.
- One applications manager.
- An application crew, comprising five application
staff.
 The
vehicles used in the MCS are:
- Three jeep trucks for applications
- Four light jeeps for inspections and applications
- Two ATV for applications and inspection.
These vehicles have been adapted to allow larvicidal and adulticide
applications using knapsack sprayers, vehicle-mounted compressors,
thermal foggers, and Ultra-Low Volume devices. The ATV was custom-built
for applications in areas of difficult access.
 The
MCS is located on the Prat de Llobregat municipality in Can Comas.
The facilities include offices, laboratory, insectary,
machine shop, changing room, and garage.
