 6 A recommended walk

The Colònia Güell not only gives visitors the chance to admire Gaudi’s work, but also to stroll trough its peaceful streets among buildings which, though not all of equal interest, offer many fine details to delight the eye.

The most important buildings in the life of the estate, and those of particular architectural interest, are signoposted.

As you leave the streets, with the textile mill in the background, you can set out on the Gaudi path, a peaceful walk that takes you through the pine woods around the church. Here you can rest and enjoy the surrounding landscape before returning to the centre.

This walk, whitch combines history, architecture and nature, which is suggested on the images, window’s map.
